Lauren Martinez (they/them/theirs) is a being-centric, heart-led facilitator with over 17 years of direct service, coaching, and education experience. They are a Queer “Aunckie” (Uncle + Auntie) to a beautiful toddler and have been a basketball coach, a chess instructor, and a They hold a Master’s of Social Change and a Master’s of Divinity from the Starr King School for the Ministry. Lauren is creatively integrating a youth-adult equity/healing lens in decolonizing through an Indigenous epistemological, queering multireligious framework. In their role with Be the Change, Lauren brings a wholistic antiracist analytical approach for individual/group think dynamics and can transmute organizational information into a meaningful story.
