About me
Rachael is an interdisciplinary researcher committed to advancing equitable and inclusive learning environments for all young people. At foundry10, she supports the Youth and Educator Social and Emotional Learning Lab and collaborates with the Health and Well-being team to advance research, philanthropy, and programming that support young people and those who work closely with them. Prior to foundry10, Rachael conducted research on trauma sensitive practices in K-12 school systems and worked as a program manager with City Year in the Bay Area, where she led community engagement efforts as well as academic and social and emotional programming for youth. Rachael holds a MA in Public Health from the University of Washington, Community-Oriented Public Health Practice Program where she gained a strong foundation in community-engaged research.
